This tongue scraper is hand-crafted from natural bamboo. It has a wide, smooth edge that gently removes tongue coating and leaves your mouth feeling fresher, plus grooved ends for a comfortable, non-slip grip. It's made from biodegradable bamboo and comes in its natural colour.

How to use it

• Use once a day, ideally in the morning before or after brushing.
• Hold both ends, place the curve as far back on your tongue as is comfortable, and draw it gently forward.
• Rinse the scraper between strokes and repeat 3–5 times.
• Use light pressure. It should never hurt.
