Our Hibiscus Flower Powder is made from pure dried hibiscus flowers, finely ground. It has a bright, cranberry-like tartness and a vivid ruby colour that turns everyday drinks and desserts into something special. No additives.

How to use it

• Tea: Stir ½–1 tsp into hot water, steep for a few minutes, and sweeten with honey if you like. Serve hot or over ice.
• Smoothies and juices: Blend in ½ tsp for tang and colour.
• Desserts and baking: Use as a natural pink colour in frosting, yoghurt, cakes, lemonade and ice lollies.
• DIY face masks: Mix with yoghurt, honey or aloe gel. Patch test first.
