Our Himalayan Pink Salt is hand-harvested from ancient Himalayan salt deposits and left unrefined, with no additives or anti-caking agents. Its soft pink colour comes from naturally occurring trace minerals, and it has a clean, subtle flavour that works in everyday cooking and looks lovely at the table.
How to use it
Everyday cooking: Use just like regular salt in curries, dals, rice and baking.
Finishing: Sprinkle over salads, grilled vegetables, eggs or steak just before serving.
Drinks and snacks: Add a pinch to fresh lime soda, buttermilk or fruit chaat.
Baking and sweets: A pinch balances chocolate, caramel and cookies.

Allergen and safety guidance
This salt is not iodised. If you use it as your main salt, make sure you get iodine from other sources, such as iodised salt, dairy, eggs or seafood. Like all salt, use it in moderation, especially if you've been advised to limit sodium.
Storage
Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Salt naturally absorbs moisture in humid weather and may clump. Just break it up, as this doesn't affect quality.
