This combo pairs our Jaggery Powder and Khandsari Sugar (500g each), two traditionally made, minimally processed Indian sweeteners with no additives. Between them, you've got a sweetener for every job in the kitchen.

How to use it

• Jaggery Powder: Deep, caramel-like and a little molasses-y. Use it in chai, hot milk, laddoos, chikki, kheer, and to balance dal or tamarind chutney. It also works as a swap for brown sugar in baking.
• Khandsari Sugar: Lighter and cleaner-tasting. Use it like everyday sugar in coffee, lemonade, desserts, cakes and daily cooking.

Allergen and safety guidance

Both are forms of sugar, so enjoy them in moderation as you would any sweetener. They are not suitable sugar substitutes for people managing diabetes.

Storage

Keep each pack tightly sealed in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Jaggery naturally absorbs moisture and may clump, so use a dry spoon.
