Kokum Squash 500ml

Kokum squash: a tangy, ruby-red drink concentrate from India’s Konkan coast.

Kokum is a tart, deep-purple fruit that's a summer favourite along India’s western coast. Our Kokum Squash is sweetened with raw cane sugar to balance its naturally sharp flavour, giving a sweet-sour, fruity drink that's especially refreshing on hot days.

How to use it

• Classic kokum sherbet: Mix 1 part squash with 4–5 parts chilled water. Add ice and a pinch of roasted cumin or black salt.
• Sparkling: Top up with soda water and a squeeze of lime.
• Mocktails and lollies: Shake with mint and crushed ice, or freeze diluted squash into ice lollies.
