The Konkan coast of western India has a long tradition of cashew growing, and our cashews are handpicked for quality and freshness. They're unroasted with no artificial flavouring, so you get that creamy, buttery bite just as it is, ready to snack on or cook with however you like.

How to use it

• Snack: Enjoy straight from the pack, or add to trail mix.
• Roast: Toss with a little ghee or oil and salt, then dry-roast in a pan or bake at 160°C for 8–10 minutes until golden. Watch closely, as they brown quickly.
• Curries and gravies: Soak and blend into a smooth paste for korma, shahi paneer or makhani sauces.
• Desserts: Use in kaju katli, kheer, halwa and baking, or blend into cashew cream.

Allergen and safety guidance

Contains cashew (tree nut). Not suitable for anyone with a tree nut allergy. Whole nuts are a choking hazard for young children, so chop or grind them for little ones.

Storage

Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Nuts are naturally rich in oils, so for longer freshness, store them in the fridge after opening.
