Raw, wild-harvested honey 500g, bottled without heating or filtering. Nothing added.

Our Wild Forest Honey is collected from bees foraging freely across natural forest flora, then jarred as it is, with its natural pollen and character intact. Because it isn't heated, it can crystallise over time. That's normal for raw honey and not a sign of spoilage.

How to use it

  • Morning cup: Stir a teaspoon into warm (not boiling) water or herbal tea.
  • Breakfast: Drizzle over yoghurt, oats, pancakes or toast.
  • Kitchen: Use as a natural sweetener in dressings, marinades and bakes, or enjoy a spoonful straight.

Raw wild forest honey. No added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial flavours.

Storage

Store at room temperature, sealed, away from direct sunlight and moisture. No need to refrigerate. If it crystallises, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir until smooth.
