Our Fish Masala is a spice blend developed specifically for seafood, with the bold flavour and vibrant aroma that make Indian fish curry so good. It works just as well on prawns, squid and crab as it does on fish. No artificial additives.

How to use it

• Fish fry: Rub fish pieces with fish masala, salt, lemon juice and a little rice flour, rest for 15 minutes, then shallow-fry until crisp.
• Fish curry: Add 1–2 tsp to an onion-tomato or coconut base before adding the fish.
• Grills and bakes: Mix with oil, garlic and lemon to marinate fish or prawns for the grill or oven.
• Beyond seafood: Try it on paneer, potatoes or roasted vegetables.

Storage

Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry, dark place away from the stove, as heat and moisture fade ground spices. Use a dry spoon. For the best aroma, use within 6 months of opening.
