How to use it

• Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft toothbrush.
• Brush gently for 2 minutes, twice a day.
• Spit out and rinse. Don't swallow.
• Clay toothpaste can feel different from regular gel toothpaste. It's less foamy, which is normal for an SLS-free formula.
