BBQ Blend: smoky, sweet and bold for grilling and roasting.

Our BBQ Blend is a smoky, sweet and savoury spice mix made for grilling, roasting and barbecuing. It adds bold, complex flavour to meats and vegetables, with no artificial colours or preservatives. It's perfect for Hong Kong BBQ-pit weekends or the oven at home.

How to use it

• Dry rub: Pat meat dry, brush lightly with oil, and rub in about 1 tablespoon per 500g. Rest for 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge) before grilling.
• Chicken wings, ribs and fish: Rub on before grilling, air-frying or roasting.
• Vegetarian: Toss with paneer, tofu, corn, mushrooms or potato wedges and a little oil before roasting.
• Sauces and dips: Stir into ketchup, mayo or yoghurt for a quick smoky dip.

Spice blends can contain mustard, celery or other allergens. Please check the pack label if you have a food allergy. Blends with sugar can char quickly over high heat, so keep an eye on the grill.

Storage

Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use a dry spoon to keep it from clumping.
