Wood-pressed groundnut oil with a clean, nutty flavour. The everyday cooking oil of Indian kitchens.

Our Groundnut (peanut) Oil is cold-pressed using traditional wooden churners and bottled unrefined, so it keeps its natural nutty aroma and golden colour. No refining, no chemicals.

How to use it

  • Everyday cooking: Sauté, stir-fry and shallow-fry vegetables, dals and curries.
  • Tempering (tadka): Heat with mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves to finish dals and chutneys.
  • Snacks: Great for pakoras, pooris and other traditional fried snacks.

100% cold, wood-pressed groundnut (peanut) oil.

Allergen and safety guidance

Contains peanut. Not suitable for anyone with a peanut allergy. Unrefined peanut oil may contain peanut proteins.

Storage

Keep tightly capped in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Unrefined oils can develop natural sediment. That's normal, so just shake gently before use.
