Kashmiri Walnuts. Rich, earthy and crisp, from the valleys of Kashmir.

Grown in the cool valleys of Kashmir, our walnut kernels are prized for their rich flavour and crisp texture. They're cold-stored to keep them fresh and have no preservatives, so they taste just as walnuts should: buttery, slightly bitter and deeply nutty.

How to use it

• Snack: Enjoy a handful on its own, or pair with dates or cheese.
• Breakfast: Chop over oats, yoghurt or cereal.
• Salads: Toast lightly in a dry pan and scatter over salads.
• Baking and desserts: Fold into brownies, banana bread, cookies and halwa.
• Smoothies: Blend in a few kernels for extra creaminess.

Contains walnut (tree nut). Not suitable for anyone with a tree nut allergy. Whole nuts are a choking hazard for young children, so chop or grind them for little ones.

Storage

Walnuts are rich in natural oils and can turn rancid if kept warm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, or in the freezer for longer storage.
